The need to grow and increases the performance of VEMAT company, led to the joint cooperation. Company solved (and solves) the construction of new production and warehouse spaces, increasing the range and quality of manufactured goods, digitizing processes, recording production and warehouses, and all of this through partial steps (IS upgrade, introduction of barcodes and QR codes, interconnection of systems).

Over time, the owners of the company realized the need for a comprehensive solution. They turned to the Moravskoslezské informační centrum (hereinafter referred to as MSIC) and asked for system support. After the initial interviews and analysis of solution, we agreed with the owners that it is necessary to first define and describe processes so that their optimization, automation and digitization. As part of the EXPAND program, they jointly themselves achieved the goal of preparing the future concept of the production process and the entire process of implementation with regard to the expansion of production premises, digitization and future growth.
